Job Description:
Crowe is currently seeking a Microsoft ERP Supply Chain Functional Consultant to help support the design and configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution. This position is for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant in a growing national ERP implementation practice. Crowe’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP practice helps Airports, Transit Agencies, Water & Electric Utilities and Cities and Counties improve performance and efficiency across a broad array of their operational needs. By implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, our team members bring a solution that helps our clients with issues across financial management, operational efficiency and information technology.
Qualifications:
Understand the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution in detail, and lead the configuration of key supply chain business areas including inventory and purchasing business areas:
Business Area Knowledge Required:
Procurement & Sourcing
Inventory / Warehouse Management
Product Information Management
PowerBI Reporting
Other Business Area Knowledge (Nice to Have):
Enterprise Asset Management
Finance
General Ledger/Financial Reporting
Budgeting
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Fixed Assets
Cash and Bank Management
Project Management and Accounting
Human Resources
Security Configuration
Additional Power Platform Experience (PowerApps, Automate, etc.)
Other qualifications / responsibilities:
3+ years of consulting experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
Work with clients to define the business requirements required for them to successfully implement the Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution.
Work with clients to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 in detail to meet the defined business requirements.
Assist with business process redesign activities.
Work with the technical team to define and test any potential customizations to the solution, including data conversions, interfaces and functional enhancement.
Work with clients to test and validate the final configured solution meets the requirements.
Determine and manage the detailed cutover activities to migrate to the new system.
Assist clients with questions and issues after cutover.
Work with Microsoft support if issues arise with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.
Help grow younger staff in our ERP practice into functional consultants that can lead configuration activities with clients.
Expected travel is 30-50% annually.
Education:
BS Degree is preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,118.00 to $147,767.00 per year.
