Within our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients.The Partner Incentives Controllership Team within Corporate Accounting has a body of work consisting of incentives and investments. We are looking for finance and accounting assistance for controls assessments and financial execution processes. Our objective is to drive standardization and implementation of financial controls and create documentation that can be leveraged as guidance and procedural support.Additional work may also include reviewing incentives calculations against terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy.Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or MBALarge or tech company Accounting Experience (> 5-7 years), especially in a contractor/consulting roleStrong knowledge of finance processes and financial policies and internal controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)Controllership knowledge especially in the areas of financial closeExcellent communication skills, thought leadership, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills requiredEffective management of multiple priorities and ability to prioritize to meet key deliverablesSelf-starter who is proactive and action oriented with a strong desire to get things done and gain measurable resultsProven technical accounting and critical-thinking skillsStrong proficiency in MS ExcelExperience documenting process flows using Visio and/or MS WordPreferred Qualifications:

Experience with partner incentives and investmentsPrior Microsoft experience, in particular within a controllership roleAbility to review complex contractsProject experience in working across multiple teams and geographic regionsLocation:USA, WA, Work-at-HomePhysical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
