Description:

Client is seeking a Principal SAP EWM Consultant.

As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.The role may require travel to project/Client's locations.

Preferred Qualifications:At least 11 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.At least 7 years of experience in SAP EWM.At least two end to end implementation projects and at least one where performed as Lead Consultant preferably at client location.SAP EWM SME with good knowledge of Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration.Must have experience in integration of EWM with automated warehouse - inbound and outbound processes, ASRS integration, AGV and MiR integration.Must have experience in integration of EWM with Manufacturing and Quality Management modules.Must have experience working in an environment utilizing a number of non-ECC systems like MES, WES using interfaces such as PI, ALE etc.Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules SD, MM, PP, Manufacturing and QM.SAP product certifications are a plus.Knowledge of S/4 HANA simplifications in logistics area will be an added advantage.Ability to read ABAP code a plus.Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements.Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.Good analytical and communication skills.Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
