As the

Executive Director of Employee and Labor Relations , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture and ensuring a positive employee experience. You will oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Strategic Leadership:

Developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies that align with our organizational goals and values.

Labor Negotiations:

Leading and managing complex labor negotiations, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes for all parties involved.

Dispute Resolution:

Resolving employee grievances and conflicts through effective mediation and negotiation techniques.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Team Management:

Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of human resources professionals.

This leader champions the District’s core values of service, excellence, and equity in all aspects of the work, with the mission of assuring that each student graduates with options and is prepared to participate in our democracy. This leader reports to the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources and partners with the executive leadership team to coordinate labor relations activities involving certificated, classified/support staff and non-represented units.
