M9 Solutions is seeking a
PeopleSoft ELM Consultant
to work on a government contract for a client located in Annapolis Junction, MD. An active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
Responsibilities
Support a client's Education and Learning Management (ELM) PeopleSoft installation.Provide PeopleSoft software/system functional and development consulting services at client location.Work with end users to generate reporting artifacts.Explain concepts and help users with little or no technical background.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.8+ years of relevant technical experience.Oracle PeopleSoft application functional, development and/or administration experience.Ability to assess the high-level architectural design, research potential implementation road maps, and conduct feasibility assessments.Deep functional knowledge across HCM, Financials and Education applications, specifically with the PeopleSoft ecosystem, with strong experience to make recommendations for low cost and long-term maintenance.Project management background with experience managing small to medium size projects and project teams.Experience with entire software development life cycle.Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.The ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and, vice versa, translate functional needs to technical solutions.Passion for technology, the curiosity and willingness to constantly learn new skills, work with new tools, and discover new and innovative approaches to solving complex technical challenges.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.Strong in programming fundamentals with a good understanding of database concepts.Strong experience in SQL.Strong troubleshooting skills.Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodologies.AWS experience.
Full-Time Employee Compensation
M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
Salary Range:
$60,000
