Associate Recruitment Coordinator - Greater DC Region

Hogan Lovells US LLP is currently seeking an Associate Recruitment Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Associate Recruiting department with a focus on Washington and the surrounding regions (Northern Virginia and Baltimore) offices.This role is responsible for coordinating legal recruitment and onboarding of legal (non-partner) positions for the Washington and Northern Virginia offices including, but not limited to: associates, judicial clerks, attorneys, patent agents/technical specialists, knowledge lawyers, summer associates, and law student interns.The coordinator will work primarily with the Recruitment Manager in the Washington office, the U.S. recruiting team, and other departments within the firm to oversee and coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities. This position will also collaborate on special projects and recruitment initiatives as assigned. This position will sit in the Washington office with presence in the Northern Virginia office on an as needed basis.
