Our growing Data and information technology unit is looking for a HRIS Business Applications Lead to build best-in-class business tools, automations, and integrations to support the People unit and processes innovation, growth, and efficiency.As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing our different HR platforms, leading a team, supporting People processes and ensuring the effective implementation, customization, and maintenance of our different solutions aligned with our business objectives.The role entails collaboration with executive leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.About The Role

Hands-on business applications management, overseeing the configuration, customization, and maintenance of HRIS platforms and ensuring adherence to best practices for data management, system integrations, and user adoption.Lead and mentor a team of super-power HRIS implementors and developers.Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.Work closely with Business Stakeholders, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Work towards impact - Proactively initiate solutions to increase efficiency and visibility across the organization, achieving customer satisfaction while taking into consideration scalability, performance, and UX/UI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, analytics, BI, IT, etc.Your Experience & Skills

Proven experience (3 years) with SAP SuccessFactors system management in medium–large-size companies – advantage.Understanding HR business processes, best practices, and functionality - must.Strong technical and operational skills and a passion for implementing features end-to-end.Ability to work independently, manage your tasks, and proactively solve problems.Team player, dynamic with excellent communication and collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and empathy - both written and verbal (English and Hebrew).API & Integration experience – advantage.We believe in equal opportunity.
