Pedelahore & Co., LLP is hiring a Human Resources Director to join our team. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a wide range of human resource tasks. Your role will involve day‐to‐day operations, including directing special projects.

The Human Resources Director will perform procedures and implement policies as necessary. You will play a key role in human resource functions and administration, including vetting resumes, talent acquisition, and employee retention. As this is a newly developed position, the duties will be fluid. We are looking for someone who will support the growth of the firm and be dedicated to fostering a positive firm culture.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with balancing firm workflow.

Act as a liaison between management and staff.

Assist with establishing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure timely completion of client work.

Assist with employee relations, social events and marketing efforts.

Monitor firm marketing activities for all employees.

Carry out Human Resource duties of new hire recruiting, onboarding, and manage orientation of new employees.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ management experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.

MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiency.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Prior professional services firm experience is a plus.
