About the Role:

The Director of Process Optimization is responsible for leading the optimization of business processes cross functionally, supporting Sound’s strategic plan. The Director of Process Optimization will work with internal stakeholders, as well as vendors to drive improvements in strategic initiatives.

The Details:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Shaping and implementing the strategic vision of Sound’s central operations delivery, turning big ideas into even bigger realities that achieve business objectives

Analyzing, refining, and perfecting central operations processes and procedures to ensure Sound is maximizing central operations’ scalability, agility, spending power, and efficiency

Driving cross-functional initiatives that bring together the best and brightest minds across departments

Utilizing sharp analytical skills, drawing on relationships with department leaders, external partners, and vendors to make choices that push Sound toward its strategic goals

Setting benchmarks and creating the tools that keep Sound’s central operations performance on point - creating visibility to where Sound excels and where people and teams need support

Serving as the go-to expert in process improvement, organizational design, and management/measurement systems

Working alongside project managers in the development of project, process improvement, and budgetary plans and managing vendor selection, procurement, and resource allocation related to any projects or initiatives led by Director of Process Optimization

5+ years in a senior leadership role and a proven track record of operational brilliance

Pay Range:

Paying between $130,000 – $180,000 annually, plus a bonus opportunity. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, and geographical location
