Description

In this role you will provide assistance with assuring accurate documentation, questionnaire collection and utilization for the CMS GUIDE Model submission processes. Major duties include but are not limited to:Monitoring accurate questionnaire completion for GUIDE Model submissions,Collaborating with other health professionals to assist with collecting tools and questionnaire responses.Coordination of patient services.Facilitating communication with internal staff and external vendors to coordinate external referrals and services.Tracking utilization of external referrals and services.Salary Range:

$29.42 - 42.14/hourlyQualifications

RequiredSkill in setting priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities.Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with Faculty, Staff, external vendors, and patients from various social, cultural, and economic backgrounds.Ability to creatively integrate competing demands into a productive working environment.Skill in verbal communications to clearly convey complex problems in both formal and informal situations.Ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with a patient population in varying degrees of health.Organizational skills and proficiency in data collection.Proficiency in Excel data collection.Preferred:Knowledge of specific specialty practice and workflows.Working knowledge of patient-related policies and procedures as well as a thorough understanding of the University system and its services and programs.Knowledge of hospital computer system, and personal computer systems and the various software products to perform administrative work.Familiarity and knowledge of GUIDE Model, authorization process & managed care programs.Bachelor's degree.
