Job Summary

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Utility Work Boots, possesses broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. They design, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies and playbooks to grow the brand, sell thru product, and reach business objectives by serving as the voice for the customer and the brand through all consumer touchpoints.

Essential Functions

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others from a project or program perspective.

Develops and drives global marketing strategies and programs that drive awareness, traffic, and engage customers. Manages the overarching media, publicity, and events strategies from concept to completion. Develops and drives global media strategy with an emphasis on setting short- and long-term goals, metrics, audiences, and key tactics.

Establishes analytical processes and produces cost-effective brand engagement and traffic driving programs that increases holistic growth. Provides brand, customer and product insights through reporting of all channels, including social media, public relations, wholesale and website analytics along with sales trends.

Monitors, plans, and directs analytics/research to track key performance indicators, gather information and compile statistics pertinent to planning and execution of digital campaigns.

Establishes and implements digital media best practices.

Oversees the Go-To-Market Calendar by aligning key dates and timelines across key internal teams.

Manages the creative development process with internal and external departments.

Drives project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery and manages production processes to ensure campaign materials align with overall strategy and are on time and within budget.

Investigates new marketing concepts, communication platforms, and cutting-edge programs. Keeps abreast of trends in marketing. Builds Go-To-Market playbooks for internal teams on how to incorporate appropriate trends, insights and activations into the overall strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

Seven (7) years experience in digital/general marketing is required.

Proven strategic skills and unique knowledge of how media and channels work together to create experiences that drive greater brand awareness, consumer engagement and conversion.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Documented experience creating and executing GTM marketing strategies.

Passionate about marketing and consumer insights and translating buzz into increased engagement and sales.

Vendor and project management skills.

Thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Thinks strategically and executes tactically.

Base Salary:

$114,000.00 - $125,000.00 yearlyThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and location.
