Senior Communications Specialist
Remote . Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM are encouraged to apply.
The Senior Communication Specialist position within the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE) encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from marketing/communication strategic planning to hands-on content creation. The Senior Communication Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with the organization's and ACOE's vision, values, and goals. The Senior Communication Specialist oversees the creation and delivery of internal and external communications, such as newsletters, web content, presentations, press releases and social media posts. The Senior Communication Specialist also collaborates with various stakeholders within the ACOE, Providence (System, Regions and hospitals) and also outside of the organization, including senior leadership, project teams, clients, and media outlets, to ensure consistent and clear messaging across all channels. The Senior Content Specialist reports to the Manager Analytics Business Intelligence, Chief of Staff.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.5 years of experience in communication, preferably in health care.Experience in developing communication programs and business relationships.Experience working in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations and teams.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of Communication experience in health care.Experience in a faith-based health system/organization.
