Joining the Customer Success team will provide you with the support and growth you need to strengthen and evolve your skills within the consulting field.As an Appian Associate Consultant, you’ll build and deploy web-based applications using the Appian platform to support our customers’ business needs. You’ll become an expert on our software - From implementing the first business process management application to scaling up the program across the enterprise, you will bring our process automation platform to life for our external clients.To be successful in this role, you need

:The ability to leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integrationThe skill set and experience to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions using the Appian platformThe ability to analyze a client’s business strategy and processes, to then develop technical solutions to support themThe desire to use a design thinking approach for prototyping and modeling business processesStrong verbal and written communication skillsA solid foundation of, or passion for, technologyBasic Qualifications:B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent backgroundExperience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL server, etc.) and cloud technologies preferredTools and ResourcesTraining and Development: During onboarding, we focus on equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge for success through department-specific training.
