Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Lead Business Consultant to join our global OneERP Core for Team Danfoss Power Drives (DPD). In this role, you will be a critical bridge between our business and the central OneERP team, focusing on driving efficiency, automation, and performance across global ERP front-end processes for DPD.
As part of a collaborative global team, you will work closely with cross-functional and cross-site communities, ensuring seamless process facilitation, optimization, and support across various regions.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Own the ERP front-end processes for DPD as a key facilitator, ensuring consistency and optimization on a global scale.
Drive performance improvements and ensure efficient operation of DPD processes globally, maintaining alignment with business goals.
Lead and govern process automation initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation, coordination, and support across the organization.
Develop, monitor, report, support, and document ERP front-end processes to ensure optimal performance across different regions.
Foster and develop a global and cross-functional community to optimize collaboration through local and global channels.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on ERP front-end process performance and project progress.
Provide direct support to Qualified Users (QUs) in regions such as NAM and LAM, as well as globally, ensuring they are empowered to use the ERP system effectively.
Lead or participate in both regional and global projects aimed at improving ERP front-end processes and contribute to the development of an optimal DPD structure.
Background & SkillsRequired Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
3+ years of experience in implementing and/or managing global ERP front-end processes.
Proven ability to work across teams and functions to facilitate process changes and improvements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
Skilled in delivering training and influencing users across the organization to adopt new processes and tools.
Demonstrates strong ownership of responsibilities and the ability to take initiative in driving improvements and solving challenges.
Sharp analytical skills to monitor, report, and improve ERP processes based on data-driven insights.
Must be able to work in the US, without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with process automation and optimization in a global business context.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and tools.
Previous experience working with cross-site and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
