As a key member of the MCW Office of Communications and Brand Strategy (OOC) in partnership with the Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA) and Alumni Relations, you will collaborate with colleagues at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Froedtert Hospital to execute and manage the philanthropy digital marketing and engagement strategies to drive and support the overall philanthropy strategic plan.This role will serve as a member of the forward-thinking marketing and communications team, playing a role in shaping and executing the marketing technology roadmap, fostering innovation, and driving the integration of cutting-edge technologies to optimize philanthropy marketing efforts.This opportunity offers flexibility with a hybrid role offering work from home options while being within driving distance of the Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee County, WI.Responsibilities:Responsibility for development of the digital ecosystem to drive philanthropy engagementsExecute strategy for website/microsite philanthropy engagements and user experienceEnsure web and digital on-brand design, and connected digital systems to drive philanthropic engagement and donor supportAccountable for online experience for benefactors, new donors and alumni to donate, develop planned giving opportunities, communicate with gift officers, and moreClose collaboration and leadership of cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Information Systems (IS), philanthropy, alumni engagement and clinical teams, to create and implement transformative marketing initiatives that enhance the brand, engage audiences, and drive business growthAlign the marketing digital engagement vision with campaign and donor experience goals, ensuring a seamless benefactor/donor-centered approach, while working closely with stakeholdersSet and achieve effective measurable goals and key performance indicatorsActively partner with the Office of Communications in the development of digital strategy and aligning with institutional guidelines and systemsExecutes on search engine optimization, online transactions and high-value action conversions for donors and how these integrate with MCW enterpriseKnowledge – Skills – Abilities:Proactive, goal-oriented, and agile professional with demonstrated success working within healthcare philanthropyProven track record of executing digital strategies in complex and competitive environments. Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Seasoned marketing professional with digital experience and outstanding communications skills and previous philanthropy marketing communications experience preferred.Able to thrive in a matrix environment to collaborate with other leaders within the systemExperience in or working knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies and managementThorough knowledge of current and emerging marketing trends and best practicesExceptional project management, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent information architecture, user experience, digital design, digital production, search engine optimization, and online brand management experienceExpert in content management systems administration, agile development, Google Analytics, search engine marketing, site search and W3C accessibility standards.Experience executing digital strategies, conducting user-experience testing and making data-driven decisions.Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences clearly and conciselyProven track record of successfully implementing and managing marketing automation platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and analytics toolsIn-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, compliance and data security standardsStrong analytics skills and experience with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsCreative problem solver with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach.Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag ManagerPreferred Schedule:
