If you are ready to join an international company with talent around the world, and want to make a real impact, we want you on our team.What You'll Do:The Senior Manager, Communications is responsible for creating and implementing effective communication strategies to promote Lubrizol’s businesses, products, and services. This role will partner with commercial leadership on executive communications needs in collaboration with the Director of Commercial Communications as well as MarComm Business partners to develop communications strategy as it relates to PR and overall internal and external communications needs. This role is responsible for writing the assets used across various communication channels as they relate to the strategies and plans developed with key stakeholders, including web copy, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, emails and thought leadership pieces.What We're Looking For:Partner with assigned businesses, in collaboration with MarComm Business partner to act as communications strategic counsel, with a keen understanding of learning business and strategic goals and objectives to enable position.Act as communications and writing resource for commercial leadership in partnership with Director of Commercial Communications.Develop and implement communication strategies that align with business goals and objectives.Create and manage content for various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.Writing and editing engaging and persuasive content for websites, blogs, articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials.Collaborating with different teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to create compelling messages that drive engagement and conversions.Monitoring and analyzing communication and content performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.Planning and executing PR campaigns, including media relations, press releases, and events.Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in communication and content management.Skills That Make a Difference:Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.7+ years proven experience as a communications manager with content development expertise.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong copywriting and editing abilities.Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.Experience in managing PR and media relations.Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Strong organizational and project management skills.Creativity and ability to think strategically.Perks and Rewards That Inspire:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus plans.401K Match plus Age Weighted Defined Contribution.Competitive medical, dental & vision offerings.Ready for your next career step?
