Responsibilities:Review new or revised Customer Specifications for manufacturability, approve and forward to Corporate Sales Office to be vaulted in File Net. Coordinate with internal and external customers regarding revised or newly implemented documents.Responsible as document and change control focal point for the plant plant wide interface and responsibility for all incoming and outgoing documentation.Coordinate the Change Control system by coordinating with the customer and internal departments.Maintain, revise and create Control Plans.Ensure that new documents are created and that existing documents are controlled as required.Maintain a Master List of all controlled documents within the plant.Ensure that notification of new or revised documents is performed in a timely manner.Maintain the document archival system.Write, train and follow procedures.Coordinate the Internal Audit team. Generate the Internal Audit Schedule; ensure that audits are performed in a timely manner and reported as appropriate.Provide support and representation during external audits.Qualifications:

The candidate should possess a High School level education with a desired minimum of two years experience in manufacturing and working in a team environment.ISO experience is a must.Use of problem solving and continuous improvement skills is necessary. Some college or equivalent experience is desirable.
