Luminary Group, is partnered with a private equity-backed company, is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with expertise in Real World Evidence (RWE) to drive technological innovation and digital transformation. As the CTO, you will play a critical role in leading the technology strategy and operations of our Real World Evidence initiatives.

Responsibilities::

Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for our Real World Evidence (RWE) initiatives.

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the technology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.

Collaborate with the executive team and private equity partners to align technology initiatives with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance the company's technological capabilities in the Real World Evidence space.

Manage and optimize technology resources, including budget, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.

Ensure the security and integrity of the company's technology systems and data.

Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and driving innovation in technology solutions.

Provide technical guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Represent the company in technology-related discussions, partnerships, and client engagements.

Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on technology strategy and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MS, PhD) preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles, with a focus on Real World Evidence (RWE).

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology strategies and roadmaps.

Proven track record of driving innovation and digital transformation using emerging technologies.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop technical teams.

Experience in managing technology budgets, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data standards is highly desirable.

Experience working in a private equity-backed environment is a plus.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
