Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Software Solutions Developer:Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Required Skills for the Software Solutions Developer:8+ years' experience evaluating, analyzing, and developing documentation and training material.8+ years' experience developing flow charts and diagrams describing the logical operational steps of programs.8+ years' experience planning and delivering specialized trainings to others.
