WGS is seeking a highly motivated, well organized, detail oriented professional to join our warehouse group. This is a full-time local hire position located in Eunice, NM. Duties include but not limited to strong data input skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Applicant must have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Qualified personnel shall have knowledge of the daily warehouse responsibilities of the receipt, distribution, stock management and invoicing payment of warehouse materials.

Support our teams to promote a culture where a high quality and teamwork is the normBasic understanding of Procurement/ Supply Chain Management processes and functionExcellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skillsNegotiation skills will be an assetFollow policies and procedures, use administrative documents and data sheets/forms properlyPurchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targetsManage the procure to pay process from engagement through to Purchase Order issuance and ensuring paymentProcess Purchase Requisitions, Request for Quotation, and create Purchase OrdersProactively monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliersProactively manage on time deliveriesResolve issues related to Purchase Orders and InvoicesDrive cost savings and reductionsClosely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholdersReport your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basisMaintain quality documents based on the records retention scheduleInventory and control of stock itemsCoordinate the return goods and freight claimsMust be able to become qualified as a fork lift operatorProficient use of SAP, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint is desirableSupport our further development by identification and implementation of improvements
