Description of the RoleThe Executive Manager at Jim Falk Automotive Group is responsible for overseeing the Sales Operations of the store. This includes managing and leading teams, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to all departments within the organization
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with executive team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Recruit, train, and retain top talent
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar sales leadership role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to make strategic decisions and drive sales results
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
Hyundai Experience a Plus
