We’re dedicated to making our customers successful, and the Account Management team drives that success daily. Account Managers work to drive value that leads to expansion, renewal, and customer satisfaction. You will focus on finding additional opportunities within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision makers.What you'll doClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand clients' business needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients.Account Growth and RetentionIdentify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing client portfolios.Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.Product Expertise and AdvocacyMaintain deep knowledge of our product offerings, features, and benefits.Provide clients with training, support, and insights on how to effectively use our solutions to achieve their goals.Gather and relay client feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Participate in the development of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and customer success initiatives.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our solutions.What you bringBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field5-7 years of experience in quota carrying account management or sales roles. Real Estate or PropTech experience preferable but not a mustStrong understanding of the current Real Estate landscape and market trendsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsComfortable working with senior stakeholders both internally and externallyProven track record managing and growing client accounts whilst achieving sales targetsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
