Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Senior ManagerLocation:

This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in financial analysis and project management, ideally within public accounting, consulting, or professional services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing indirect categories, handling complex agreements, and working closely with directors and executives. If you have a proven track record of leadership and excel in a dynamic, hands-on environment, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategic sourcing efforts for indirect categories, ensuring effective management of complex agreements and supplier relationships.Oversee financial analysis and project management activities to support sourcing strategies and business objectives.Collaborate with directors and executives to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.Manage and mentor a team, including one direct report, to maximize performance and achieve sourcing objectives.Conduct detailed financial analysis and create compelling business cases to support sourcing decisions and strategies.Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement in sourcing practices.Travel approximately 10% to supplier locations as needed.Requirements:Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and project management, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or Certified Supply Chain Certification (e.g., CPSM) preferred.Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience with formulas and complex spreadsheets. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.Industry:

Experience in public accounting, consulting, or professional services is essential.Other:

Demonstrated ability to execute sourcing strategies hands-on. Strong leadership, communication, and people skills are necessary. Ability to manage travel requirements.
