Epic Analyst- Behavioral Health

Description:We are looking for an Epic Analyst for their Behavioral Health team. Must be Ambulatory or ASAP certified and have experience with build and support.Duties include:Coordinates and provides initial and follow-up training to customers, working with the analyst team to clarify workflow, and then creating training curriculum.Develops and maintains training environments and materials, and provides role-based education (classroom setting, handouts, e-learning, etc.)Responds to training requests, documentation requests, and Service Desk tickets assigned to Training, scheduling training and providing training resources in a timely manner.Participation in testing and workflow validation efforts.Participate with clinical stakeholders in work groups to discuss opportunities for greater system utilization and enhancements.Minimum Qualifications:Ambulatory or ASAP certifiedEpic build experience requiredExperience triaging and supporting Epic Ambulatory or ASAP; preferably bothExcellent documentation, communication, interpersonal, and strong organizational skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of medical terminologyAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasksPreferred Qualifications:Prior Epic employee desiredClinical experience (i.e., RN, etc.) desirable, but not requiredCertifications or credentials for other Epic applications a plusSolid understanding of processes/procedures and workflow within a hospital/clinical/health plan settingMilitary experience a plus.
