As an Events Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training while being the face of our clients at a variety of promotional events. While prior experience in events, promotions, or customer engagement is a plus, it's not a requirement.
Your Role & Responsibilities: As an Events Assistant, you will:
Spearhead the execution of promotional sales events and activities.Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations during events.Engage with potential customers to promote brands' products and services at exciting eventsBuild meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needsConduct captivating presentations and demonstrations (as required by the client)Master and retain knowledge about the brands' products, services, and competitor offeringsProfessionally handle customer inquiries and provide timely responsesComplete new customer registrationsKeep track of interactions and compile daily reports to provide valuable feedback to clientsEffectively closing sales by demonstrating the value of products orservices and overcoming any objections from clients.Upsell promotional products and complete sales transactions as needed.Contribute to post-event activities, such as gathering feedback andcompiling sales reports.Benefits Await: Our client offers more than just a job; we offer a fulfilling career with a wealth of benefits, including:
