Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Ability to troubleshoot unique and varying technology issues. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Valid MN Driver's License. Ability to climb ladders and lift and carry periodically. Excellent organization skills. Understanding of classroom environments. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to prioritize requests and coordinate multiple projects. Knowledge of various computer systems and ability to efficiently learn new systems and programs.
