HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTEAs a priority thought partner to the Chief People and Culture Officer, this role seeks to advance human resources at ETR by championing science, supporting health equity, and developing a mission-centered workforce. ETR requires a Human Resource leader who is engaged with our remote workforce and committed to collaborating around the execution of a bold vision. This role requires a human resource professional ready to showcase their knowledge and experience in being able to collaborate and innovate while overseeing and co-leading benefits & compensation, designing and administering policies, supporting strategic human resources planning, recruitment & affirmative action and ensuring compliance.

You are capable of using technology to effectively and professionally communicate with co-located and remote colleagues.You are self-motivated and capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.You embrace a spirit of learning and curiosity in your work and proactively seek out answers and solutions to questions and challenges that arise.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULBA/BS in Business Administration or Human Resources.Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant Human Resources Management.Solid compliance and project management experience.Experience in compensation practices, policies, and trends.Experience in leading and mentoring staff.Experience in strategic planning and business development initiatives.Practical knowledge of techniques, concepts, and considerations pertinent to effective human resources management and administration.Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work with diverse groups of people.Demonstrated experience in budget development and monitoring.Demonstrated ability to develop, organize, and implement complex plans and projects.Proficient with HRIS Database, MS Office, Outlook, and supporting applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Apprised of current trends, conditions, and legislative changes in states that ETR does business in.Knowledge of health and safety compliance.Ability to travel as assigned.The use of a personal vehicle or rental car for ETR business will require a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.Location:

United StatesStarting Pay Range:

$126,700-154,900 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is

$126,700-140,800

at 100% FTE.
