Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and optimize vector manufacturing processes for gene therapy applications.Generate and purify high-quality research-grade lentivirus vectors for use in preclinical studies.Manage bioprocessing consumables, raw materials, buffers, and drug product inventory to ensure smooth operational workflows.Assist in mammalian cell culture, including cell counting, expansion, and media preparation.Author and maintain detailed process protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Participate in training and contribute to cellular and molecular bioassays for virus quantification and analysis.Record accurate and timely process data in electronic lab notebooks and team databases.Analyze, summarize, and present experimental results at internal meetings.Lead and conduct experiments aimed at process improvements with guidance from senior scientists and team leads.What You'll Bring:

B.S. in Biochemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field with relevant industry experience.Strong attention to detail in procedure planning and execution.Ability to meticulously document all steps, results, and procedural variations in laboratory notebooks.Demonstrates proactive problem-solving by identifying potential issues and engaging team members to develop solutions.Proven track record of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and balancing multiple workstreams.A flexible and adaptable mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.Preferred:

Experience producing gene therapy products in adherent or suspension systems (e.g., shake flasks, bioreactors).Preferred:

Experience with manual or automated operation of AKTA systems (UNICORN software).Preferred:

Hands-on experience with normal flow filtration and tangential flow filtration (TFF) techniques.Preferred:
