We are seeking long-term growth and career-minded rock stars to join our Sales team! American Trading International, Inc. (ATI) is a service-oriented export trading company providing domestic and international companies the opportunity to import and export products to new and existing markets. ATI exports USA food and beverages to over 80 markets worldwide.

We are looking for an International Senior Account Manager. The International Senior Account Manager will manage in-market executions, forecasting, and budgeting interactions with all management levels, negotiate prices and portfolios with customers, handle internal escalations and claim resolutions, oversee debt recovery and provide support for delayed payments, and report sales and marketing plans to stakeholders. This role will lead and review the performance of the regional sales team, offering strategic insights, guide the team with data-driven insights for brand improvement and distribution, and will coordinate order planning for seasonal activities and promotions, ensuring timely deliveries and stock maintenance. The International Senior Account Manager will manage ATI marketing funds for the region, aiming for maximum ROI, and will participate in trade events, execute market visits and contribute to company scaling projects.

What you'll do:

Interface with all levels of management for in-market executions, forecasting, and budgeting.

Negotiate with customers on prices and portfolios.

Responsible for internal escalation to upper management and communication with customers to resolve claims.

Responsible for debt recovery and provide support to AE/AM/IAM when payments are delayed.

Report sales and marketing plans to suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Manage the regional sales team along with Associate Director/Director, responsible for quarterly performance reviews.

Review forecasting and brand/product performance analysis with the sales team and report data back to internal stakeholders, providing recommendations to increase business.

Review insights from sales team acquired through multiple data sources such as Essbase, EPOS, Market reports (AC Nielson, ROI), Customer data, and give direction to the sales team.

Support the sales team in improving brand availability and channels of distribution.

Support the sales team in coordinating with customers on order planning for seasonal activities and large promotions.

Lead by example in creating an innovation culture.

Review order forecasts with the sales team to ensure on-time deliveries to maintain stock levels.

Manage ATI marketing fund/MAP funds for the assigned region, ensuring maximum ROI from fund allocation.

Work collectively with IAM and sales heads in developing marketing and sales strategies for trade events.

Delegate tasks/projects to Account Executives/Account Managers/IAM.

Provide direction to the sales team on product range expansion.

Increase customer database.

Support senior management for the region to implement new strategies.

Propose and execute market visits.

Responsible for meeting ATI profit margin goals.

Attend trade shows and trade missions.

Participate in company scaling projects.

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in international account management, negotiation, and leadership roles.

Proficient in using data sources such as Essbase, EPOS, and market reports for strategic planning.

Strong leadership and delegation skills, with experience in managing and conducting performance reviews for a regional sales team.

Expertise in coordinating marketing and sales strategies for trade events.

Proven ability to implement new strategies and participate in company scaling projects.

Successful track record in meeting profit margin goals.

Willingness to attend trade shows and missions, as well as execute market visits.

A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work is essential.

Must be competent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Fluent in Arabic preferred.

What you'll be paid:

Commensurate with experience, you will be paid $67,000 - $93,000 annually.
