Technical Specialist - Mid-level SharePoint Specialist Squad Leader Location: Triangle Region of North Carolina(Raleigh, NC) Onsite Requirement: First Day Onsite: Mandatory for equipment collection. Weekly Onsite: 1 day per week in a Triangle area office. Job Description: NCDIT-Transportation Web Systems group is seeking a Mid-Level SharePoint Specialist Squad Leader to manage and enhance its On-Premise SharePoint implementation. This role is responsible for maintaining and designing the SharePoint architecture, ensuring alignment with the application lifecycle. The Squad Leader will also supervise, train, and guide junior developers, and collaborate with other development teams to maintain consistency with SharePoint architecture. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the SharePoint development portfolio, ensuring adherence to development standards. Interface with business analysts to understand and fulfill development needs. Design and architect large SharePoint SE repositories, SharePoint Search, and build VueJS web apps integrated with SharePoint. Collaborate with the SharePoint administration team to clearly articulate requirements. Required Skills and Experience: 3 Years: Experience supervising SharePoint development teams. 7 Years: Ability to integrate on-premise SharePoint with other custom IT solutions and guide IT teams in solution development. 7 Years: Experience designing and architecting large SharePoint SE repositories, SharePoint Search, and building VueJS web apps with a SharePoint backend. Desired Skills and Experience: 5 Years: SharePoint SE on-premise administration and architecture experience. Additional Skills: Extensive experience building large SharePoint repositories with complex security needs. Strong understanding of SharePoint administration. Expertise in creating out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions, VueJS Apps, PowerShell for SharePoint, CSOM, Nintex, and Power Automate workflows. Familiarity with ASP.NET C# development, particularly with SharePoint integration.
