This role can be based in San Francisco, Portland, or Seattle metro areas.Maximize product portfolio penetration into the existing install baseMaintain complete transparency of responsible Radiotherapy install baseWork with Area Sales Managers to design and implement upgrade paths for complete install baseDocument upgrade projects for existing install base in SalesforceUpdate clinical usage report for each account into Salesforce quarterlyDocument quarterly upgrade status and strategy on complete install baseActively work and promote regional meetings for your respective regionBecome proficient in the On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses for ExactracBe a certified expert to assist customers with Exactrac Case coveragesComplete Salesforce cases assigned for Exactrac case coveragesBe a certified expert to assist customers with all aspects of ElementsProvide focused support post-installation for both Elements and ExacTrac to ensure confidence and utilization of the productsResponsible for visiting all Brainlab Radiotherapy accounts in region a minimum of three times per year with primary goals of maximizing utilization and understanding the utilization of platform/s by indicationBecome an expert on your RT install baseLiaison for RT peer-to-peer discussionsLead Element software update installation for respective region as directedSupport the Regional Marketing Manager in acquiring information from RT sites needed for marketing projects and initiativesConstantly communicate with the Regional Marketing Manager providing feedback on product development based on market surveillance and communications with sales and customers.Responsible for meeting Salesforce.com expectations regarding documentation of contacts, complaint handling, and case managementAssist in Market Transparency through documentation in SalesforceSupport pre-sales activities as Application Expert in presentations, evaluations, and customer meetingsProficient in all aspects of Quotebase and configuration of technologyCoordinate and/or assist in on-site visitations of other customers at key centersAssist sales and take responsibility for product demonstrations during site visitsAssist sales in presentations when assistance is needed with key accountsFocus on penetration of all radiotherapy/radiosurgery product into global top 300 target accountsResponsible for timely completion of his/her own projectsEstablish a close personal bond with all radiotherapy users within the regionIdentify customers that are underutilizing installed applications. Provide data and set quantitative objectives and implement action planFacilitate publication of studies/presentations at congressesDevelop and manage install base for respective region and document activities and outcomes for install baseAssist in coordination of training courses for respective regionCoordinate pre-sales training to prospective customersBrainlab expert for responsible sales counterpartsCommunicate in a courteous manner with all customers and their respective team members, company vendor reps, partners, and other Brainlab employeesSet a professional example within the companyTravel 50% +Qualifications

BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experienceRadiation Therapist (RTT) preferred but not requiredDosimetry background preferred but not requiredMust be a road warrior, with a willingness and desire to travel constantlyDocumented success in prior positionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and a proven history of ability to make independent decisionsPrevious experience communicating with healthcare professionalsSuperior customer relations proficiency and experience working closely with clinical staffStrong presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookHigh comfort level with software and technology, in generalAdditional Information
