BA's in this environment are normally involved in multiple projects concurrently, to include Merger and Acquisitions driven initiatives and a variety of implementation projects. RIA/Broker Dealer space REQUIRED . Must possess a strong combination of traditional BA skills AND have solid UAT testing experience .Key Skills:SAFe Agile and waterfall methodology experienceAbility to lead requirements sessions and document requirements.UAT coordination (create test scripts, document, and research defects, provide testing metrics ).Responsibilities:Responsible for requirement definition and user testing acceptance by partnering with ITFacilitates activities and workshops to elicit requirements; Writes BRD/User Stories, Business process flow diagramsResponsible for creating and maintaining requirementsEnsures requirements and process flows are accurately documentedEscalates gaps or issues to Product Owner and Project ManagerPartners with Project Manager to define UAT testing activities and timeline; ensures there are test cases to validate all final approved requirements.Works with project team to develop test cases aligned with requirements and in partnership with the Product OwnerReports out on UAT status. Supports resolution of UAT issuesLog UAT bugs discovered during UAT testing after review of validating bugs and to prevent duplicate bug entriesLogs issues discovered during Production releases Reports out on UAT status. Supports resolution of UAT issues in addition to ITTracks status and resolution of each bugLogs issues discovered during Production releases in addition to ITCreates and maintains the test strategy document in partnership with the Product OwnerCreate and maintain UAT Test Strategy and Test ScenariosCommunicate UAT test metrics daily to project teamLead/co-lead UAT testing meetingsEducation Requirements:Bachelors degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degreeMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent is requiredBasic Requirements:5+ years of experience as a member of an Agile software development team, preferably as an Agile Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.Experience in dealing with multiple enterprise-scalable projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization.Preferred Requirements:Experience in Financial Services, Broker-Dealer Industry preferredAbility to demonstrate how to conduct story mapping and user story writing sessions to create a product backlogAbility to explain various ways to create user stories and document acceptance criteriaDemonstrated skills facilitating remote meetings with participants across multiple locationsDemonstrates excellent communication skills and has a customer focused mindsetAbility to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailsStrong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
