We are looking for an application administrator who is a member of a growing Enterprise Business Technology team and ensures that the applications under their control are accurately configured, coordinated, documented, and supported.As the Application Administrator you will be responsible for the user management, upgrades, and support of key enterprise applications by leading and providing technical support to analyze, design, test, document, implement and manage systems. This position will play a role in operational support, managing relationships with internal groups and application developers. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to details, highly motivated, and have analytical thinking skills.**What youll do:*** Acts as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting.* Works with the business teams to understand configuration requirements; define SLAs, and commit to them.* Manages employee/contractor access to the named applications you are responsible for.* Proactively builds and maintains documentation and FAQs for using named applications and solving common problems.* Work with internal teams to understand requirements and develop solutions using a variety of tools and techniques.* Documents troubleshooting guides and provide training to users so that they are empowered to resolve issues on their own.* Provides support and assists in working with internal IT teams and technology vendors to ensure all systems are available and secure on a 24 X 7 basis.**What you'll have:*** Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.* 5+ years experience working with Application Support/Administration.* Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.* Knowledge of application administration for CRM applications, user management systems, and business operations applications.* Willingness and ability to learn new skills and apply them as needed.* Experience assigning and configuring user permissions, on/offboarding.* Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, and a self-starter.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Exceptional customer service to our business users.**Bonus points:*** Experience with managing CRM systems such as Kustomer, Solvvy, Limitless, Delighted, Discourse, Five9, Lessonly, Cleanspeak, etc.**How to stand out among the rest:**Your resume/CV is enough to show off your skills, accomplishments, and experience.
