Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all aspects of school operations, ensuring adherence to Montessori philosophy and educational standards.

Provide visionary leadership to faculty and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement educational programs that align with Montessori principles and meet the diverse needs of our student community.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, promoting open communication and partnership in children's education.

Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the school, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.

Collaborate with the Board of Directors and stakeholders to advance the school's mission and strategic goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Montessori credentials (AMS or AMI certification) required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in early learning school management and administration, preferably in a Montessori setting.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.

Strong understanding of child development and Montessori pedagogy.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, faculty, staff, and community members.
