Job Description

WHAT DOES AN SVP, CLIENT PARTNER DO?

We are seeking a proactive and strategic leader to serve as SVP, Client Partner. In this role, you will drive growth by acquiring new brands and pipeline products within existing and new client accounts. Your primary responsibility will be achieving revenue goals for new account acquisitions, focusing on securing Agency of Record (AOR) and Specialty opportunities, while managing a book of client business.

As the Affiliate Agency Growth lead, you will spearhead new growth initiatives and outreach, including capabilities presentations, thought leadership sessions, and point-of-view (POV) meetings with clients. You will also be instrumental in developing small-scale proposals and executing client solution-selling strategies.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Key Responsibilities:Understand target account pipelines, monitor market dynamics, and develop Activation Plans for new accounts.Drive growth by acquiring new RFIs/RFPs and leading client lunch and learn sessions, custom POVs, and capabilities presentations.Maintain regular in-person engagement with target accounts, including social interactions (e.g., dinners, lunches, events).Participate in procurement meetings and develop relevant content for discussions.Identify and pursue opportunities with new clients based on existing relationships to source new RFIs/RFPs.Collaborate with Agency leads to integrate organic growth initiatives and insights.Lead smaller-scale organic enterprise proposals or no-pitch opportunities as assigned.Contribute to Business Development (BD) and Affiliate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to the executive team.Qualifications:20+ years in the marketing and healthcare industry.Proven experience in a strategic client partnership or similar role within the healthcare or related industry.Strong understanding of RFI/RFP processes and experience in acquiring new accounts.Ability to lead and influence internal and client-facing teams effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Willingness to travel as required, primarily within designated regions.Diverse background in multiple therapeutic categories, including oncology, CNS, and precision medicine.If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for client partnership and strategic growth, we encourage you to apply.
