About the teamThe TikTok HR Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) team is a testament to TikTok's commitment to organizational excellence. The mission of our TikTok Organization Effectiveness (OE) team is to create and inspire best practices to enable organizational and talent success across TikTok. You will be a key member of a dynamic, fast-paced, and global team, with primary responsibility for organization effectiveness review and enhancement-related initiatives. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, where every team member plays a vital role in shaping the future of TikTok's global workforce.

The HR Organizational Effectiveness Lead will play a critical role in designing and implementing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive HR excellence. This role involves leading organizational design, change management efforts, optimizing HR processes, and collaborating with senior business and HR leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals.

What You'll Do:

Deeply understand departments' strategies and key priorities to support the business in designing and optimizing organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, change management and post-reorg effectiveness analysis.Develop and utilize organizational diagnostic and people analytics templates and/or tools to assess org efficiency and effectiveness, advise key stakeholders and provide customized solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.Design and implement change management initiatives, best practices and innovative solutions to support organizational transformation and drive continuous improvement.Support in the development and execution of initiatives for talent development, such as talent review and succession planning.Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to develop competency frameworks for roles, ensuring skills and capabilities are clearly defined for effective talent management and career development.Support corporate global projects including but not limited to performance management, headcount planning, etc.Manage, coach, and mentor members of the global HR Org Effectiveness team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience working in HR or consulting, with expertise in leading talent and organizational development, and at least 3 years in a leadership position.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.Proven ability to autonomously manage and drive multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of Global OE experience: working in a global or multinational organization, driving organizational change, improving HR processes, and leading organizational development initiatives.Passion for team culture and development, with a focus on fostering effective relationships and collaboration.Excellent execution skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to report insights creatively in a variety of formats.Adept at working collaboratively and at a fast pace, with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders across the globe.A Bachelor's degree and/or professional certifications in HR, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
