The Senior Business Analyst in the Commercial Sales Operations area is responsible for designing and optimizing business processes and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales operations. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs, developing strategic solutions, and ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.

What You’ll Work On

Responsible for the development and maintenance of ADC Commercial Excellence business architecture blueprints that articulate our business strategy, future state business, and multiyear execution roadmap.

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and business stakeholders in the development of the strategic portfolio or business unit plans.

Develop and implement business architecture strategies that align with the company’s sales goals and objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the sales operations.

Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Design and implement optimized processes to enhance sales operations performance.

Establish business process standards and governance that are scalable and adaptable to changing business needs.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on business architecture initiatives.

Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.

Develop and document business architecture models, including process flows, data models, and system interactions.

Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that support business architecture goals.

Ensure that solutions are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business processes and solutions.

Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business architecture initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in business architecture, process improvement, or a related field.

End to End understanding of sales operations processes and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commercial sales operations or a similar environment is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Executive Leadership presentation skill.

The base pay for this position is $125,700.00 – $251,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
