About The RoleUber is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our US & Canada Earner Operations team. If you love setting a vision, managing complex projects and partners, pushing initiatives forward to deliver strategically meaningful results, and solving problems from both 30,000 feet as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you!On the Earner Ops team, we grow our driver base to meet business needs, improving the experience for drivers who use our platform, and streamlining processes, so drivers are able to easily and compliantly access and earn on the Uber Platform.The ideal candidate will excel at solving complex problems, managing multiple work streams and engaging with stakeholders to deliver on key business goals that will improve the onboarding experience for drivers. The ideal candidate will need to develop deep subject matter expertise in complex areas and become a thought partner to cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and data science. The candidate will need to learn fast, move quickly, and use learnings to scale pilots to broader expansions.What You'll DoLead initiatives/programs to grow our driver base and improve the driver onboarding (and re-onboarding) experience.Lead driver-related reporting, metrics monitoring, and city-/cohort-level funnel insights.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to share driver insights, inform planning/priorities, and co-build solutions that benefit our drivers and our business.Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting and analysis on key business challenges.Identify and implement improvements to operational processes.Present models, findings, and insights to senior management to aid decision making.Basic QualificationsA minimum of 2 years experience.A strong problem-solver with experience using data to drive decisions and excellent Excel/data management skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.SQL skills strongly preferred.Experience in strategy, operations, and program management.Past experience working with cross-functional teams.Some high-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred.A passion for Uber's business and, most meaningfully, earners on its platform.Outstanding communication and project management skills, including a history of cross-functional teamwork and leading projects that deliver results.Experience taking initiative in a constantly changing work environment; resilience to overcome challenges and deliver during fluid conditions.Self-motivated individual that works well independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills.For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of compensation. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
