Administers a complex regional child welfare system with programs at multiple sites.Responsible for development and management of a Regional budget.Consults with senior management staff in key public and private agencies.Oversees the development of new programs in assigned region.Serves as a member of the senior network management team.Provides direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.Ensures job duties of the team and direct reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Demonstrates professional, positive behavior and carries out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individuals in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.Position Qualifications:

Masters' Degree in social work or related DCFS/COA acceptable degree.Minimum of three (3) years complex management experience required.Holds or is in the process of obtaining licensed clinical social work (LCSW) credential or its equivalent.Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS required.Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage required.Valid driver's license in good standing for the state of residency required.
