Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our Accountable Care Organization (ACO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ACO management, with a proven track record in physician practice management. This individual will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of the ACO, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the ACO’s strategic planning and execution to achieve organizational goals and improve patient care.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders.
Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery and organizational performance.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the ACO.
Ensure the ACO meets its quality and cost targets, including value-based care initiatives.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in ACO management.
Proven experience in physician practice management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and quality improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and health information technology (HIT) systems.
Certification in healthcare management or related fields.
