Responsible for the overall administration, planning, direction, evaluation, and development of the assigned department(s). Required:Current California RN LicenseBLS from American Heart AssociationLA City Fire Card within 6 months of EmploymentBachelor of science in nursing or greater academic degreeThree years progressive nursing management experiencePreferred:Master's degree in nursing or related healthcare fieldNationally recognized certificationStrong knowledge of California Children's Services (CCS) regulationsNeonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP)ACLS from American Heart Association (within 6 months of hire)Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) Certification (within 6 months of hire)Experience in quality and regulatory affairs as it relates to the perinatal services domainRecent acute care experience in perinatal services (Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, & NICU)
