Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator carries out important project tasks and coordinates with team members and clients to ensure that every aspect of a project is being addressed and managed efficiently.
Responsibilities: Support the project team with all project tasks and deliverables Coordinate the logistics of both internal and external meetings Attend meetings and keep meeting minutes Organize and assemble materials for meetings Communicate clearly and assertively, and take constructive criticism Anticipate problems and find immediate solutions
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field 1-2 years' experience in supporting complex construction projects Strong attention to detail and protocols Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills Excellent command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required Travel may be required
