The National Guard Bureau (NGB) J1 Warrior Resilience and Fitness (WRF) Division requires a contracted team to manage the implementation of the National Guard (NG) Connectedness and Relationship Education (CARE) System, which includes the planning and execution of site visits, trainings and briefings across the nation, marketing campaigns, implementation and evaluation plans. The contracted team will work in coordination with the WRF Partnerships and Programs Branch and NG CARES Director. Position Requirements Job Description Interactive Government Holdings(IGH)is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve as the Data Analyst for the National Guard Connectedness and Relationship Education System. NG CARES is an integrated, comprehensive, person-centered (eco)system which builds connections, increases protective factors, and promotes holistic health in support of Service Members and their Families throughout their career. These programs are critical to retention, readiness, and reduction of risky behaviors and emplacing protective environments in support of primary prevention strategies. Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Plan, design, develop, and perform quality assessments on data elements. Respond quickly, accurately, and thoroughly to internal and external inquiries. Prepare data visualizations to support program leadership in presentations and senior leader decision-making, this may include presentations, Power BI or other data tools and dashboards. Evaluate new and existing data for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Prepare ad hoc data analyses and reports for various programs within the system. Maintain accurate data files and records to enable management to track the program progress/status. Review tools and processes to ensure optimal data collection. Receive and analyze data from different sources and normalize, as appropriate. Meet timelines for administrative tasks, activities, and events. Collect, assimilate, and showcase data to objectively support lines of effort and resource funding. Maintain accurate data files and records to enable management to track the program's progress/status. Create/coordinate online registration for events that require registration. Online registration will be completed utilizing Army 365 and Microsoft Forms. Attend all meetings, present trainings and reports as needed. Coordinate with internal/external networks to obtain resources for events, manuals, supplies and materials. Provide monthly documents and reports that are accurate and meet the suspense of the 1st of each month 98% of the time. Due to the nature of the service, experience with the military is required. Experience can be gained through prior or current military service, member of a military family, or service as a military family volunteer. Must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver's license and a personally owned vehicle that can be utilized. Work may vary. An uncommon tour of duty may be required. Flexibility with working schedule is mandatory because it impacts the ability to support and serve military. Travel is anticipated for training. Travel will include regional and national to support mobile training team events. Contractor employees will be reimbursed mileage according to (JTR). Skills / Certifications / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent of four years of related experience or combination of both. Must be skillful at problem solving, self-motivated and able to prioritize work load. Ability to think and plan in a proactive and innovative manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information. Ability to work as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills. Experience with business analysis and design, data modeling including planning, gathering requirements and documentation. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights. Experience in technical writing and presenting. Quick learner, flexible and adaptive. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing with audiences at all management levels. Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-task virtual environment. Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce deliverables that carry a 'stamp of excellence.' Must have a valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
