Associate Counsel

to join us in building new McDonald’s restaurants to feed and foster communities across the U.S. If you're experienced in commercial real estate and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and work independently, this is your opportunity to unleash your creativity, tackle complex legal issues and

make an impact to shape McDonald’s future.

Associate Counsel on the Restaurant Development Legal Team:

Draft, negotiate, and analyze ground leases, real estate purchase contracts, title, and survey along with other ancillary legal documents.

Are intellectually curious and motivated to grow their legal expertise under the coaching and supervision of our experienced Senior Counsel team.

Have excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills to advise business partners on a variety of leasing and acquisition matters.

Think strategically to anticipate future business needs and identify existing opportunities, including by developing new practices, leading change efforts, and adopting new technologies to unlock efficiency.

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law and in good standing with a state bar association.

Experience in commercial retail leasing and acquisitions, preferably from a law firm or in-house legal position.
