Key Essentials Functions and Accountabilities of the Job

Lead the deployment of IT solutions at SEARHC, ensuring they meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders at SEARHC to define deployment requirements and plans.Monitor and report on the progress of IT deployments at SEARHC, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.Ensure that all IT deployments at SEARHC are compliant with organizational policies and standards.Provide guidance and support to IT teams during the deployment process at SEARHC.Work closely with the IT leadership at SEARHC to align IT deployments with strategic business goals.Facilitate training and change management activities at SEARHC to ensure smooth adoption of new IT solutions.Other Functions

Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but on-the-job experience in a similar role will be evaluated and considered.Other Qualifications

Experience with Agile deployment methodologies preferred (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are the key to success in this role.Exposure or high-level understanding of IT equipment is preferred.Exposure to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) a plus.Analytical, detail-oriented individuals will excel in this role.Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks preferred.Computer Skills

Superior Excel skills with the ability to both build and work with complex spreadsheets and reports is a must.Experience with work planning tools preferred (Smartsheets, Monday.com, etc.).Experience Required

2 or more years of experience in IT technical implementation management or a related role is preferred but not required.Education can be substituted for experience.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continuously changing.Pride in your work and a drive to succeed.High aptitude to learn and apply new skills (software, organizational, reporting, etc.).Talent to work collaboratively and independently as needed.Clear communication of ideas and details to both individuals and groups is critical.
