Pediatric Allergist/ImmunologistThe Department of Pediatrics, Monmouth Medical Center, and RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Pediatric Allergy/Immunology Physician for full-time employment in Long Branch, NJ.
The candidate will be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Allergy/Immunology.Monmouth Medical Center is an integral member of RWJBarnabas Health, the largest academic integrated healthcare system in New Jersey. We are driven to provide evidence-based care to the communities we serve.Requirements:Board Certified/Board Eligible, American Board of Allergy and ImmunologyFellowship in Pediatric Allergy and ImmunologyNJ licensed or eligible for licensureAdhere to hospital and departmental policies and proceduresDuties and Responsibilities:Outpatient coverage: Provide care for pediatric patients at our nearby outpatient facilities (primarily Ann Vogel Family Care and Wellness Center)Inpatient coverage: Perform as the admitting attending or consultant for patients that require hospitalizationEngage in scholarly programs and outreach activities, allowing for teaching responsibilities with pediatric residents and medical studentsClinical Responsibilities: Diagnosis and treatment of allergic and immunologic ailmentsMust participate in on-call scheduleAbout Monmouth Medical Center:The Unterberg Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center is an academic program within a community-based hospital. Within the hospital, we have faculty representing most pediatric subspecialties and a level 3 NICU.The hospital is located in central NJ, across the street from beautiful beaches and the ocean. The area has some of the top public and private schools, including the number 1 STEM school in the United States.
