Responsibilities: Liaison between Warehouse operators on inventory related issues. Performs systematic movement of raw materials to production storage area Performs systematic movements of packaging materials to production storage area Systematically/physically returns raw materials, packaging items, and WIP to proper warehouse storage locationsMonitors movements to guarantee FEFO is being followed Systematically and physically receives FG/raw material/packaging materials from suppliers and offsite warehouse. Completes Receiving Documentation and uploads to SAP. Prepares and applies labels for product entering and exiting warehouse. Assures allergen protocols are followed for all incoming materials. Validates COA s of all incoming materials to ensure they meet company specifications. Verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing product against documentation Prepare and load pallets for shipment, scan and verify labels and corresponding documents are accurateManage ingredient temperature during storage and assure they are stored securely Validates and documents common ingredients in production batching areas at end of run. Works to maintain and improve on the quality, legality and safety of each product and the processes used in their manufacture. Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and tidy at all times and reporting any potential contamination and suspicious activity to a Supervisor immediately. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) At least 1 year SAP experience in a manufacturing environment At least 1 year inventory/cycle counting experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment At least 1 year forklift experience a plus Ability to lift 50 poundsShift:1stAspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
