Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst having knowledge on KYC analysis to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities

:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.keeping records of transactions to ensure that all legal requirements are met and that the correct data is recorded.Complete KYC on boarding for new and pre-exiting customer (KYC Refresh) by reviewing client documentation, vendor databases, and data entered into proprietaryExamine transaction records for precision and agreement with other system recordsPropose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.Requirements:

You are:

Perform the required KYC screening on new clients by documenting and corroborating the information obtained on the client as requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.It would be great if you also had:
