Overview:The Senior Digital Product Manager leads the portfolio of digital solutions that support Tactile Medical therapies. This highly visible role will develop marketing requirements for product development, formulate and execute go-to-market launch and ongoing release plans, champion user testing, oversee the creation of digital content and drive user adoption. You will work with key stakeholders to analyze the market, competition, customer needs, and identify product opportunities to deliver on business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, defining digital product features based on internal and external needs
Set marketing requirements for digital products/solutions working with integrated design and development teams
Evaluate market and internal stakeholder needs to develop solutions to drive market growth and user adoption in digital products
Champion user testing to prioritize roadmap and optimize digital product features
Maintain and grow strong field sales team interaction and alignment to ensure proper development, communication, understanding, and adoption of best practices
Establish patient and clinician targeting strategies and work with Marketing Communications partners to develop and promote demand generation tactics
Develop market analyses, business metrics, and utilization reporting for digital products and implement marketing tactics to affect success
Drive initiatives and projects to completion on-time and within budget
Develop understanding and stay informed on market landscape, clinical developments, payer landscape, and competitive intelligence
Maintain compliance with all appropriate standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, engineering or related field
7+ years of relevant product management experience within health solutions or consumer products
Extensive practical experience and understanding of web content strategy, demand generation, usability and accessibility
Preferred:
MBA
Fluency in Web technology, social media and mobile applications
Mobile or web application product marketing or product management experience
Knowledge & Skills
Proven success developing market/product strategies and execution plans
Proven ability to assimilate consumer/user feedback into actionable features/experiences
Particularly adept at effective communication with cross-functional team members including engineers and app developers
Demonstrated ability to lead business initiatives to a successful result, using resources effectively and efficiently
Demonstrated ability to strategically create and analyze business metrics and make informed action plans
Self-directed, internally motivated and driven
Effective formal and informal presentation and facilitation skills in a variety of settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent follow through, attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Compensation and Benefits:Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience: $113,300 - $169,890. Our total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contributions, and other requirements and conditions.
