Each project presents unique challenges, and from the outset you will be involved in problem solving, research, data collection, analysis, and findings presentation. You will not only be responsible for quality research but will also be encouraged and expected to develop strategic implications and conclusions, strengthening the perspective of the broader team.Specifically, in this role you will:Collect and analyze data from a variety of primary and secondary sources and effectively communicate findings and insights to the project team in verbal and written form.Conduct phone interviews with industry experts, customers, and vendors across a variety of industries—the findings will serve as the foundation of our strategic recommendations to clients on how to win markets.Structure and contribute to business analysis including market sizing, identifying environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks and sustainability themes, and growth forecasting and driver analysis.Collaborate with project team members to share and further develop insights and develop analytics that will feed into final recommendations and presentations to clients.Contribute to client deliverables and client conversations, sharing analysis and results (in combination with the broader team) with senior-level executives at Private Equity funds, Investment Banks, and Fortune 500 firms.QualificationsBachelor’s degree with demonstrated academic excellence, ideally in a discipline such as business, economics, engineering, marketing, or math is required.Strong interest in strategy consulting with a solid understanding of business dynamics gained from work experience, internships, and/or coursework.Proven ability to generate insights, draw meaningful conclusions and implications from data.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Knowledge of the global ESG, climate change and sustainability landscape is a plus.Detail oriented, self-starter with an intellectual curiosity and teamwork capabilities.Excellent critical thinking, understanding of business research and analysis.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated leadership skills through participation in teams / clubs / organizations / associations, whether extracurricular or professional.Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and at least a basic appreciation of AI technologies
